Prices are
based on 2 people sharing and include:
Bed Linen, Towels and T-Towels along with initial supplies of Toilet Paper,
Washing-Up Liquid etc.

Free Broadband Internet Access
Travel Cot
and High Chair also available by prior arrangement
Additional
Charges per booking:
£15 per additional person per night up to max. of 4 people (total)
per property
£20 Pet Charge for 1 Dog
Additional logs are available for purchase at £2.50 per basket
Please note we do not allow a combination of lounge sleeping and pets!
 
To
Book:
1.
Contact us via email or telephone 01239 654613 to check availability for
your required dates
2. We will then provisionally reserve the accommodation
for you for up to 5 days pending receipt of required deposit.
3. A deposit of 50% of total holiday ( cheque/postal order/direct transfer)
secures the booking.
4. Upon receipt of deposit we will send written/e-mail confirmation of
your booking along with directions on how to get to to Wig Farm.
5. The balance is payable either via cheque/transfer 3 weeks prior to
arrival or in cash on arrival.
6. In the event of a CANCELLATION made by you we will make very effort
to re-let the accommodation and if successful will repay your deposit
less an administration charge of £30. PLEASE NOTE however that in
the event of a cancellation made within 3 weeks of the beginning of your
stay we will be unable to return your deposit. We suggest you consider
appropriate holiday cancellation insurance to cover this possibility.
